4. Test Conditions |
a. Dust: Dry, non-abrasive fine particles that must pass through a square mesh with a wire diameter of 50µm and a width of 75μm. |
b. Dust concentration: Each cubic meter of the inner box volume contains at least 2-4 kg of dust |

5. Dust control: The circulating fan sends the dust to the top and evenly puts it into the inner box. After the dust falls into the box, it is vibrated by the vibrator and enters the fan inlet and return air port for recycling. The fan inlet and return air port is equipped with a protective net device to prevent foreign matter from entering the fan. (Using 1.5kw high-pressure turbo fan) |
