Application:

NTC thermal chip material is made of high-purity transition metal nitrates of Mn, Cu, Ni and other elements through co-precipitation, powdering, isostatic pressing and sintering at a high temperature of 1200~1400℃,combined with advanced semiconductor cutting, Dicing process, glass sealing, epoxy process to make various types of NTC thermistors, complete product categories, high precision, and good stability. Resistance range 0.5~2000kΩ, and beta value range 2500~4500k.
