2. Hydraulic oil viscosity is too low or too high: when the hydraulic oil viscosity is too low, the pendulum falls back quickly, and when the viscosity is high, it falls back slowly. Hydraulic oil of appropriate viscosity should be replaced.

3, buffer valve, oil pipe or hydraulic oil dirty: clean buffer valve, oil pipe. Replace the hydraulic fluid.

1, pointer bearing, spindle bearing rust or oil: clean or replace the bearing.
