Safety Curved Tempered Toughened Laminated Glass Building
Tempered curved glass is a kind of specially treated glass, which not only has the high strength and safety of tempered glass, but also has a unique curved shape. This kind of glass is rapidly heated to 600℃ and processed by rollers in the furnace to form radians, and then rapidly quenched or cooled, so that the overall strength of the material is improved, and it is widely used in the construction field.

Manufacturing technology of curved glass
The processing of curved glass has to go through many processes such as original cutting, edge grinding, cleaning, tempering and post-processing. Among them, quenching the curved glass is a very important process.
1. Cutting the original film
Cutting the original sheet is to cut the large flat glass into small pieces according to the required size and shape. In order to eliminate burrs and sundries in the cutting process, it must be polished and cleaned to ensure the processing quality in the future.
2. Tempering treatment
Tempering treatment is to make the glass surface form uniform compressive stress, thus improving the strength, heat resistance and impact resistance of glass. For curved glass, special tempering process is needed, including adjusting furnace temperature, controlling heating time and adjusting air pressure. In the process of tempering, it is necessary to strictly control the furnace temperature and heating time to ensure the curvature and flatness of curved glass. In addition, the control of wind pressure is also an important parameter, which will affect the stress distribution and uniformity on the glass surface.
3. Post-processing
Post-treatment includes punching, edge grinding, film coating and packaging. In the post-treatment process, it is necessary to ensure that the shape and quality of curved glass meet the requirements, and at the same time prevent scratches and pollution. Coating can improve the anti-ultraviolet ability and anti-glare ability of curved glass and prolong its service life. Finally, suitable packaging materials should be selected in the packaging process to ensure the safety of curved glass during transportation and storage.
