Tencel dyeing and finishing process:
1. The grey fabric is first kneaded, pressed, treated with enzyme, and then dyed.
Grey fabric inspection-continuous desizing (using open-width soaping machine, jigger)-widening, drying, setting-sewing cylinder-kneading, pressing, enzyme treatment (Nidom machine)-dewatering, de-yarn ——Dyeing (liquid dyeing machine)——(Nidom machine relaxation treatment)——Hot-air drum combined drying——Final setting——Cloth inspection, packing, leaving the factory.

2. The grey fabric is first dyed in the expanded state, and then kneaded, pressed and treated with enzymes.
Grey fabric inspection-continuous desizing (using open-width soaping machine, jigger)-dyeing (continuous dyeing)-widening, drying, setting-sewing tube-kneading, pressing, enzyme treatment (Nidom machine )—Dehydration—Combined drying with hot-air dryer—Removing yarn—Final setting—Fabric inspection, packing, and leaving the factory.

3. After the original yarn is dyed (yarn dyeing, rope dyeing, strip dyeing), it is woven into fabric, and finally kneaded, pressed, and enzyme treated (Nidom machine).
