Description :

The metal material pendulum impact tester is used to determine the resistance of metal materials to impact under dynamic load in order to judge the properties of the material under dynamic load. The difference between the front energy of the pendulum and the remaining energy after the impact is displayed on the dial to obtain the absorbed work of the sample. The maximum impact energy is 300J, and a 150J pendulum is attached. The cross section of the sample used is (10×10) mm. This machine has large impact energy and is suitable for ferrous metals with large impact toughness, such as steel and its alloys.

The main body of the machine is made of cast steel material, which makes it rigid and stable during the whole test process, strong impact resistance, not easy to deform, accurate test results, and long service life. The use of large torque clutch and high-power motor makes it more stable and vibration-free when taking and placing the pendulum.

This machine is developed and produced in accordance with the national standard GB/T 3808-2002 "Inspection of Pendulum Impact Tester", and conducts impact tests on metal materials in accordance with the national standard GB/T 229-2007 "Charpy Pendulum Test Method for Metallic Materials", and Comply with JJG 145-2007 "Verification Regulations of Pendulum Impact Testing Machine". If the structure is changed and related parts are replaced, it can meet the requirements of relevant international standards such as American Standard and European Standard ASTM E23, EN 10045, ISO 148, ISO 83 and so on.
