Main characteristics
The mixer adopts far-infrared plate heating, uniform heat transfer, surface of barrel is coated with non-stick layer, the mixing effect is better. Equipped with automatic temperature control system, temperature adjustment is more convenient.
Application
It is mainly used for stirring, mixing sugar syrup / seasoning with raw materials during snack food production, such as kaofu tiao (roasted Shaqima), crisp egg cakes, rice krispies, etc.
