Wall Cover Opening Solution A ( for Standard Tent Structure )

• By default all aluminum tents from Yashang will be fitted with zipper in the middle of each side cover fabric.

Wall Cover Opening Solution B ( for Tailored Tent Structure )

• Some customer request to use keyholes and ropes instead of zipper, in the middle of wall cover fabric, because keyhole-and-rope opening method has a much longer service life than zipper does.

• Keyholes and ropes sidewall fabric opening solution requires more fabric material and more labour time for processing, therefore, additional cost will be charged once the customer request for this wall cover opening processing.

Wall Cover Hanging Solution A ( for Standard Tent Structure )

• There are also two different ways to hang and install the fabric wall cover into the aluminum hang tube profiles. As standard configuration, small tents span ranging from 3m to 10m wide will use plastic ball slider and big tents span ranging from 12m to 40m wide will use pulley sliders to assemble the wall fabric cover into the tent structure.

Wall Cover Hanging Solution B ( for Tailored Tent Structure )

Plastic ball sliders and pulley sliders are quick-wear parts, some customers prefer to use keder block sliders, instead of plastic ball sliders, to make sure the fabric wall cover can last for long use. Comparatively speaking, wall cover hanging solution A - plastic ball / pulley sliders is much easier to install and much more convenient to slide, but quick to wear. While, wall cover hanging solution B - keder block slider can durably last for long use, but the installation and sliding is a little bit slow.
