Our Salt Spray Test Chamber (New) is a state-of-the-art instrument designed for testing the corrosion resistance of materials under harsh environmental conditions. The temperature inside the chamber can be controlled precisely, with a rising and cooling rate of RT →+95℃≤50 Min and RT→+0℃≤30 Min. This allows for accurate and efficient testing of materials under extreme temperatures.
In addition, the chamber also has the capability of conducting a Salt Spray (35℃) Dry (60℃, 20~30%RH) test in ≤30 Min, as well as a combination of Dry (60℃, 20-30% RH) and Wet (50℃, 95% + / -5% RH) for 15 Min, followed by a Moistet (50℃, 95% + / -5% RH) Salt Spray (35℃) test for 30 Min (immediate spray required after switching). This provides a comprehensive testing environment for various materials.
Our chamber has a ±2%R.H humidity fluctuation, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of the test results.
The chamber features an automatic/manual dual water supply mode, allowing for flexibility in water filling. The automatic water inlet comes with a set of water purifier, ensuring the purity of the water used in the test.
The humidity inside the chamber can be adjusted within a range of 20~100%R.H, providing a wide range of testing conditions for different materials.

The INFINITY IE 40 Series Salt Spray Test Chamber is specifically designed for conducting accelerated corrosion tests on metals and their alloys, metal overlays (anodic and cathodic), conversion overlays, anodic overlays, organic overlays on metal materials, etc. It is also suitable for other tests such as salt fog spray test, salt spray corrosion resistance testing, and salt spray chamber with fog collector.
The salt spray test chamber (new) is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery to our customers. It is packed in a sturdy wooden crate, with proper cushioning materials to protect against any damage during transportation.
The dimensions of the crate are 120cm x 80cm x 160cm, and the weight is approximately 300kg.
We offer both air and sea shipment options, depending on the customer's preference and location. For air shipment, the chamber is packaged and loaded onto a pallet, and then securely strapped and wrapped in protective materials.
For sea shipment, the chamber is loaded onto a shipping container and secured with proper bracing and tie-downs to prevent any movement during transit.
