Machine Structure:

a. High Precision Cell Phone Drop Testing Machine adopts AC servo motor and synchronous pulley for the drop height adjusting, can guarantee the height precision, and long durability.

b. Hanset Drop Testing Machine adopts the color touchpanel+ PLC to control and set the motion, can set the drop height directly, it will auto stop when it reaches the set height, it can preset the drop times and has power-off memory function, all the controls can be done in the touch panel: drop, reset, height setting, drop times, and counting.

c. Mobile Device Drop Testing Machine is to use the SMC vacuum sucker for the samples sucking, the edges, corner can faces impact can be done.

d. Tested sample will be released at the height of 300mm, the tested sample drop gesture is close to the original set gesture.
