【Description】

The main components of Deodorizing and Antibacterial Finishing Agent are metal oxides, silicate minerals and antibacterial active substances, which endow it with excellent antibacterial properties and deodorizing effects. The deodorizing performance is extremely remarkable, resulting from the combined action of physical adsorption of porous substances and chemical adsorption of amphoteric substances such as acids and salts. Meanwhile, this product also contains highly active antibacterial ingredients with excellent antibacterial properties.

By using it in combination with Adhesive QT-26, good washing resistance can be achieved.

Note: The deodorizing performance is tested by the detector tube method and gas chromatography; the antibacterial performance is tested according to JIS L 1902:2008; the washing process follows JIS L 0217 - 103.

For the standard usage, the padding process is generally recommended (the recommended dosage is 50 - 80 g/L, and the dosage of the adhesive is recommended to be 40% of that of the deodorizing agent). The process sequence is as follows: pretreatment → dyeing → padding (liquor pick - up rate 60% - ) → drying (100°C × 3 min) → shaping (150°C × 1 - 2 min).

It is recommended that, due to different usage purposes and finishing conditions, pre - tests (such as the stability test of the finishing bath and the compatibility when used with other finishing agents) must be carried out for confirmation before production.

【Precautions】

  1. This product has thixotropy and good stability. Before use, please stir it thoroughly.
  2. After dilution, the active ingredients of this product are prone to precipitation. Therefore, please stir well after dilution before use.
  3. It is necessary to ensure that this product is prepared and used immediately to ensure the uniformity and accuracy of treatment.
  4. When using this product for treatment, please confirm the suitability of use and inspection items as required.
  5. When treating fabrics with this product, color changes may occur. It is necessary to conduct tests for determination.
