【Description】
This product is suitable for the post-treatment of yarns and fabrics dyed with reactive, direct and sulfur dyes. It can significantly improve the immersion fastness of fabrics, with very little color loss in the working solution, effectively avoiding color stripping and shade change. The product is free of APEO and formaldehyde, and is safe and environmentally friendly.

【Product Features】

  1. When used in the cotton fixation padding process, it significantly improves the high-temperature water immersion fastness compared with ordinary fixing agents.
  2. Suitable for the impregnation process of yarns and fabrics.
  3. The color loss in the fixation working solution is very little, effectively avoiding the occurrence of color stripping and shade change.
  4. The soaping fastness and perspiration fastness of the treated yarns and fabrics are significantly improved.
  5. Free of APEO and formaldehyde, safe and environmentally friendly.

【Usage】
For the fixation treatment of acid dyes and metal complex dyes on nylon.

【Application Methods】

  1. Dipping method:
    • Recommended process: Normal temperature through the padding mangle (one dip and one nip, liquid pickup 70 - 80%) → drying → setting
    • Recommended dosage: 20 - 30g/L
  2. Padding method:
    • Recommended process: Impregnation (60℃ × 20min constant temperature) → drainage → water washing → drying
    • Recommended dosage: 1%o.w.f - 3%o.w.f
    • The dosage can be adjusted according to the dye concentration and color fading situation of the yarns and fabrics.


【Precautions】

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.


【Storage and Packaging】

  1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
