Rub resistant fixing agent / Suitable for fixing colors of any color series / Improve the color fastness when soaked in high-temperature water / Environmentally friendly
【Instruction】
This product is suitable for improving chlorine fastness without affecting daylight fastness and color shade. It can impart excellent chlorine fastness to fabrics dyed with reactive dyes and is applicable not only to dip dyeing but also to padding dyeing in the same bath as resin finishing. Some yellow and blue reactive dyes have relatively poor chlorine water fastness compared to other colors, and the bleaching powder in tap water is also the main cause of color change in cotton fabrics. The addition of chlorine resistant fixing agent can significantly improve this situation.

【Product Features】

  1. The chlorine fastness of this product reaches 50 - 100 PPM, and the color of the dyed fabric is not easy to fade or change when in contact with chlorine-containing bleaches or disinfectants.
  2. The fabric treated with this product has minimal color change and does not affect the original style of the fabric.
  3. It is resistant to high-temperature yellowing and suitable for high-temperature film pressing processing of fabrics.
  4. It is formaldehyde-free and meets environmental protection requirements.

【Usage】
Used to improve the chlorine fastness of fabrics.

【Application Method】
Padding process is recommended:

  • Dosage: Chlorine resistant fixing agent 20 - 50 g/L
  • Pick-up Rate: 70 - 80%
  • Dilute the working solution → one dip and one pad (pick-up rate between 70 - 80%) → drying and setting at 150°C. The above recommended process is a common process. Your company can adjust the dosage and processing process according to your own process or hand feel requirements.

【Precautions】

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test should be done in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

  1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
  2. Polyethylene plastic drum with an inner plastic bag, 125 KG per drum.
