Description

【Instructions】

This product is used for fixing the color after the dyeing and printing of cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics with reactive dyes, direct dyes, and sulfur dyes. It can significantly improve the wet fastness, and protect the dye-fiber bonds of the dyed fabrics from decomposition or thermal cracking. Moreover, the Color-Changing Fixing Agent QT-2833 can change the color shade after fixing the color, and can be used as a color shade adjusting auxiliary. The product is formaldehyde-free, safe, and environmentally friendly.

【Product Features】

  1. Significantly improve the wet fastness properties such as the soaping fastness of fabrics dyed with reactive dyes.
  2. It has excellent fastness improvement performance for the fixing of turquoise blue and brilliant blue after dyeing and printing.
  3. The fabric treated with this product can change its color shade.
  4. It contains no formaldehyde or heavy metals and belongs to an environmentally friendly auxiliary.

【Applications】

It can be used in the fabric padding and dip-dyeing color-fixing processes.

【Usage Methods】

  • Dip-dyeing method:
    • Recommended process: Immerse (constant temperature at 60°C for 20 minutes) → Drain → Wash → Dry
    • Recommended dosage: 1% - 3% o.w.f
  • Padding method:
    • Recommended process: Pass through the padding mangle at room temperature (one-dip one-nip, liquor pick-up rate 70 - 80%) → Dry → Set
    • Recommended dosage: 20 - 30g/L

【Precautions】

  1. Conduct small-scale sample tests in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, conduct compatibility tests in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

  1. Store in a cool, dry, and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
  2. Packed in polyethylene plastic drums with inner plastic bags, 125 KG per drum.
