Description
The high-temperature leveling agent is a new type of auxiliaries developed for polyester fibers, which has multiple functions such as dispersibility, migration dyeing property, retarding dyeing property, leveling property, and non-foaming property. After dyeing, the product has bright color, correct shade, high dye uptake rate, and is easy to color match.
This product has no color fading property and excellent reproducibility, and can be used with confidence from light to dark colors. It does not contain APEO and formaldehyde.
Excellent migration and retarding dyeing properties.
Low color fading, good reproducibility, and low mechanical soiling.
Suitable for polyester cheese yarn dyeing. Due to its strong diffusivity and migration dyeing property, it can effectively avoid the problem of difference between the inner and outer layers of cheese yarn.
Usage Method
Suggested process: Add directly into the dye vat during dyeing.
Suggested dosage: For superfine denier fabrics: 1.0 - 1.5% (o.w.f.); for ordinary fabrics: 0.5 - 1.5% (o.w.f.). The specific process is according to your company's dyeing process.
Precautions
Conduct a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
