【Instruction】
This product is a hydrophilic and smooth silicone oil, suitable for the soft finishing of cotton, cotton spandex fabrics, rayon, modal and other fabrics. After finishing, the comfort of the hand feel is greatly improved, with smooth, hydrophilic and stiff smooth hand feel, good stability, and can be directly added to the dye vat for soft finishing.

【Product Features】

  1. When used for pure cotton, pure cotton spandex fabrics, chemical fibers, tencel, modal and other fabrics, the hand feel is smooth and comfortable, smooth but not greasy, with good hydrophilic and breathable properties, and also has a good hand feel on other fiber fabrics.
  2. It has excellent alkali resistance, acid resistance and electrolyte stability.
  3. It can be used alone or compounded with other softeners. When used in the same bath with anionic stiffeners, a small test is required.
  4. It has good hydrophilicity. It is used for the post-finishing softening of cotton, linen, silk, wool, polyester, acrylic and other synthetic fiber yarns and fabrics in dyeing and finishing factories, so that the fabrics have good softness.

【Usage】
It can be directly added to the dye vat for soft finishing.

  1. Padding Method:
    • Recommended process: One-dip-one-nip, liquid pickup rate 70-80% → drying → setting
    • Recommended dosage: 50-80g/L
  2. Dipping Method:
    • Recommended process: Immersion (60℃×20min constant temperature) → drainage → washing → drying
    • Recommended dosage: 1% o.w.f - 3% o.w.f

【Precautions】

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If it is used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please do a compatibility test in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】

  1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protect from sunlight and rain, with a shelf life of 6 months.
