Washable Red light Deepening and Softening Agent / Deepen and brighten / Smooth and delicate / Washable well and durable

【Instruction】

This product is a silicone oil type deepening agent. Besides being able to deepen and brighten the colors of dark fabrics such as black, dark navy blue, and deep indigo, it can also impart a certain hand feel to the fabric, making it smooth, delicate, and slippery.


【Product Features】

  1. Obvious deepening effect.
  2. Good stability, no roller sticking or spotting during use.
  3. Suitable for deepening and brightening finishing of medium and dark colors such as reactive, disperse, and sulfur dyes, while imparting a certain hand feel.
  4. The deepening effect is durable and has good washing resistance.
  5. Good compatibility and stability, and can be compounded with most cationic/non-ionic hand feel agents.

【Application】

Applicable to the deepening and brightening finishing of dark dyed fabrics.

【Usage Method】

The dipping and padding method is recommended:

  • Dosage: 50 - 80g/L of silicone oil
  • Liquid pickup: 70 - 80%
  • Prepare the diluted working solution → one-dip-one-nip (with a liquid pickup between 70 - 80%) → dry and set at 150°C. The above recommended process is a common process. Your company can adjust the dosage and processing process according to your own process or hand feel requirements.

【Precautions】

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If it is to be used together with other auxiliaries, a small sample test should be carried out in advance to prevent compatibility problems.

【Storage and Packaging】

  1. Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
