It has outstanding performance in conventional soaping and can also achieve good results in low-temperature soaping process. This product has excellent foam suppression and defoaming properties, hardly produces foam during use, and does not contain chemical components such as APEO and inorganic acids. It meets the quality requirements of soaping auxiliaries in Europe and America and is safe and environmentally friendly.

• Applicable to the soaping process after reactive dyeing of cotton viscose and its blended fabrics.

• Wash away the unfixed dyes in the dyeing process to enhance the color shade and dyeing fastness.

• It can also impart good soaping performance in the low-temperature soaping process.

• No foam is generated, the process is simple, and it is suitable for various machines.

• This product has a high concentration, and it is recommended to dilute it 2.5 - 3 times for conventional soaping.

[Usage]

Recommended dosage:
1 - 2g/L for ordinary soaping process (90 - 100℃)
1.5 - 2.5g/L for low-temperature soaping process (70 - 80℃)

• Conduct a small sample test in advance to determine the optimal dosage.

• If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, conduct a compatibility test in advance.

[Storage and Packaging]

• Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
