Fiber Fineness & Composition & Content Analyze is a mechanical tool which facilitates in the analysis of the composition and content of the fiber at hand. This includes animal fiber, vegetable fiber and mineral fiber, such as cotton, wool, man-made fiber and more.
Based on a digital imaging technology, operates select the object which the machine automatically measures and represents results statistically. This machine helps in determining the fitness, composition and content test of the fiber.
Fiber Fineness Test: By using the microscope to magnify the fiber and project to screen, then select fiber and the diameter will be calculated automatically.
Fiber Composition Test: Different fiber with different morphological feature, by using the microscope to magnify the fiber and project to screen, then observe the morphological feature of fibers, and compare with standard photos to ensure the composition of fiber.
Fiber Content Test: First do the fiber composition test, and then test the fiber diameter or cross section area as well as the number of fibers, then the software will calculate the fiber content automatically.
