Material composition (Qualitative) and content (Quantitative) analysis may be a necessary test item for each laboratory and most cotton mills, cloth industries, and garment industries. Presently, the discovery methods generally used are dissolution and combustion. It will be an easy task to differentiate with the microscope natural fibers for they're structurally stable, distinct in their longitudinal and cross-sectional morphological features.
It's an equivalent for chemical fabrics; TB300 aims to form a quantitative analysis of the fabrics by intercepting the points from the longitudinal or cross-sectional projection. The operation is very easy, but the projection interface is obvious, and therefore the probability of error is low; furthermore, this technique has no pollution and doesn't cause any harm to the human body; TB300 will promise high working efficiency and save time and price.
Fabric Superbness & Content Analyser: This is employed to work out the aesthetic of fabric and analyze the content and surface features of animal fabric, vegetable fabrics and mineral fabric, like cotton, wool, synthetic fabric, etc.
