Use 5-6 times stripping by waterjet or LEN,bycollecting the data from thousand of experiments.Our screen also SULFUR-FREEand with excellent brittleness,a convenientway to test the brittleness is the so-called "lighter test": a pieceof screen sample burnt by lighter flame for 10 seconds, bend the screens sampleto see if it breaks at the burnt spot. our screens will not broken.

Principle:

Rotary screen printing uses woven metal mesh to support an ink-blocking stencil. The stencil forms open areas where ink and printable chemistry is forced out. The ink transfers to the substrate using a roller or blade. One color prints per screen, so several screens can be used together to create high quality, multi-colored designs. The substrate is guided by a belt under the cylinders that rotate in a fixed position. These machines print on continuous roll fabric (both woven and nonwoven).
