The PPR pipe production line is dedicated to the production and manufacture of PP-R pipes. It adopts a high-efficiency single-screw extruder and is equipped with a Siemens brand PLC automatic control system to achieve high output and extrusion stability. At the same time, the production and manufacture of PE-RT and PEXPB pipe lines can be realized by changing the configuration unit. The production line can adopt single-pipe production line or double-pipe production line, which has strong applicability. It can meet the production requirements of various materials and resins.
Raw material + color masterbatch → mixing →vacuum feeding → raw material drying → single-screw extruder → color line extruder → screw type mold → sizing sleeve → spray vacuum calibrating box → spray cooling water tank → jet printer → Caterpillar tractor → finished product testing and packaging.

1. The coefficient of linear expansion is only about 20-30% of that of ordinary PP-R products; it completely solves the problem of expansion and contraction of plastic pipes.
2. The rigidity of the pipe is enhanced to prevent the sagging of the pipe, and at the same time reduce the density and number of fixed support points, thereby reducing the overall cost of the project.
3. The pressure resistance level is higher, and the service life is longer under the usual design vibration force.
4. High temperature resistance is better, and the effect of energy saving and consumption reduction is obvious; FR/PP-R is applied in the hot water system, and the normal use temperature can reach 95~100°C, which not only increases the temperature of the medium used, but also reduces the thermal insulation material. Thickness, its comprehensive cost is lower.
5. Large water flow: Under the same level of pressure conditions, the wall thickness of FR/PP-R pipes is thinner, which increases the inner diameter of the pipes, thereby increasing the water flow (increased by 20%).
6. The problem of oxygen permeability of the pipeline is solved, and the inner surface directly in contact with water is hygienic, non-toxic, and has good sealing performance, and no water moss will be formed. The composition of the middle layer of glass fiber reinforced FR/PP-R pipe completely isolates the outside air from penetrating into the pipe, thereby inhibiting the growth of algae and keeping the water fresh and pure
