How does PA extruder work?
The plastic extrusion process begins when PA compounds in the form granules are continuously fed through a hopper into the extruder. The screw gradually moves these materials along the barrel, and in the process, enough heat is generated to melt the PA compounds.
Processing Technique:
Nylon material → drying → heating → extrusion → stereotype → finished product
This equipment is assembled with precision fittings such as bi-metal screw, screw barrel, imported frequency converter, imported temperature control meter and high-precision gear box. It is an excellent equipment for producing PA66 nylon extruding Profile.

What plastics can be extruded?
