1. Our engineers follow the molds' production every week to make sure that all of them are in schedule.
2. After trial production, we will check the samples to make sure everything are right.

3. We will send the sample and dimension report to our clients for approval.
4. If everything is ok, we will do final inspection on the molds and products before shipment.

Since 2006, our company has devoted ourselves to the research and development of PA66 granules for thermal break profiles, and established our own factory in Zhangjiagang city, which is later renamed as Suzhou Polywell Engineering Plastics Co.,Ltd. We mainly produce PA66GF25 series products, including polyamide granules, polyamide thermal break profiles and so on.

In 2010, we cooperated with other companies to expand our business scope. We not only produce PA66 granules and PA66 thermal barrier strips, but also sell parallel twin-screw granulator, single screw extruder, mold and production technology. So far, we can sell all products and machines in PA66 thermal break profile production line, and also provide technical support. If customers have special requirements for the shape of polyamide profiles, we can also customize the mold according to customers’ needs.
