Nylon 6, also called PA6, polyamide 6. It's a kind of high polymer.It has a low melting point and a wide process temperature range.Its impact and solubility resistance is better than nylon 66 plastic, but it also absorbs more moisture.In order to improve the mechanical properties of nylon 6, various modifiers are often added.Glass fiber is the most common additive, and sometimes synthetic rubber, such as EPDM and SBR, is added to improve impact resistance.
Product Introduction:
Nylon/PA66 granules reinforced by fiberglass, with special additives,is blended and extruded by twin screw extruder. It is more suitable for extrusion of thermal break profile.Compared with ordinary granules, it is more conducive to forming.It has certain advantages in speed,surface finish and yield.The performances of nylon thermal break profiles which are made from this material can meet the national standard of China. It can not only be customized according to customer requirements,far exceeding the national standard,but also can add high-efficiency flame retardant to achieve the purpose of flame retardant.
