SF-720C is GMB Sheet to sheet manually feeding Industrial Laminating Machine with corrugated delivery system.The paper will be feeded sheet by sheet manually,with front paper regulator,you don't need to feed paper very carefully.The front regulator will block next paper unit last paper passing through.This device will help operator very much by feeding.At collecting side,this machine has corrugated delivery system to insure paper be collected properly and won't falling down to ground.

SF-720C semi-automatic laminating machine is used to laminate thermal film or glueless film to printed paper. The structure of the machine adopts manual paper feeding, automatic lamination, automatic separation and vibrating paper receiving. Frequency converter is equipped for infinitely variable speed, which helps users to change the machine’s speed easily and guarantees the machine’s running stable. Paper pressing group is specially designed for anti-curvature of laminated thin sheets. Lamination pressure is provided by an automatic hydraulic pump. As long as the operator presses the button pressure increase, the pressure will increase automatically to the set pressure value. The heating roller is equipped with built-in U type of heating tubes and full of heat transfer oil, which guarantees balanced and stable temperature for paper lamination. Separating unit adopts pneumatic working principle. If compared with the traditional mechanical separating system, this design will save much installation space and make the operation more convenient. Vibrating table will keep vibrating and put the received sheet in order.

The machine owns reasonable design, compact structure and stable performance, which ensures the laminator long lifetime, easy operation and convenient maintenance. On this machine, two kinds of film, pre-coated thermal film and glueless film can be used for the lamination of books, packing box, maps, calendar, drawings and cards etc. After lamination, the printings will be waterproof, moisture-proof, and much more clear and durable.

Working principle

Paper sheets fed by the operator are transferred to the heating roller, and then laminated together with the film under a certain pressure and temperature. The laminated paper goes through anti-curvature device, and enters cutting system for paper cut. Then the cut paper passes corrugating delivery system, and finally comes to vibrating receiving table. The vibrating table will put the cut laminated sheet in good or der. The whole lamination process is finished.

4. Double sets of serrated perforating wheels provide different choices for different specifications of sheets and film.
5. Perfected traction adjusting system makes traction adjustment more convenient and efficient.
6. Corrugating delivery system and vibrating receiving system ensure paper collection more regular and convenient.
