3) Can you custom-made as requested?
A: Actually, all the products made in my factory by far are customized, my factory also offers OEM and ODM service.

4) Can you offer free samples?
A: Yes, we can offer free samples of small sizes (such as A4), but the shipping costs are for the client.

5) What's the delivery time?

A: It takes usually 7-15 days for normal orders.
