Description:
The hot pressed composite film has an extruded coating surface of low-temperature molten resin, which allows the film to be laminated onto paper products through heat and pressure. Various surface treatments can increase the value of printed surfaces. The glossy BOPP hot press film provides a shiny colored finish. Its use can improve the appearance and increase the lifespan of all laminated printed materials.
BOPP hot press film has excellent performance characteristics and low price, making it an ideal choice for various printed and non printed paper and cardboard, including book covers, cosmetic packaging, magazines, documents, shopping bags, diaries, maps, etc.
The Advantages NEI BOPP thermal lamination film VS cold laminating film
NEI Quality Control
Special Instruction:
1. It is recommended to use a composite process with a roller temperature of 85-110 ℃ and a roller pressure of 10-20 Mpa for the NEI smooth BOPP hot press film. However, the optimal conditions depend on the speed and dimensional stability of the selected laminating machine.
2. It is advised that the printed surface is well dried before lamination and cools sufficiently one surface before laminating to other surface.
