MASUNG originally founded in 2002 and registered in 2006. its brand same with name “MASUNG”. Company headquarter locates in Shenzhen city, in here we also built design and producton base, ran our own circuit board processing and machinery plants. MASUNG first branch company had been set up in 2008 in Hong Kong. Over years of development, MASUNG ran up representative offices in china domestic cities including Beijing, shanghai, Guangzhou, Wu Han and so on. Masung:We are real manufacturer which factory locates in Li Jin Cheng industrial park,Shenzhen city,PR China. We own experienced engineers team,complete quality control system,efficient production equipments and highly skilled staffs.

Masung:We can support different aspects customization service including hardware/mechanical design.But there is a MOQ request.

Masung:So far our printers support at least 54 kinds of different languages for worldwide market.Such as English/Spanish/Japanese/Korea/Arabic/Hebrew/Persian and so on.

4.Q:Can i use your printer in android OS with USB?

Masung:Our printers can flexibly run on windows/linux/android OS,no matter you used serial or USB interface for your application.And we will offer ESC/POS commands manual,USB driver and SDK for your technical reference.

5.Q:What about your after sales service?

Masung:We offer one year warranty(not including printer thermal head,this is a consumption material).If you want to extend warranty time that is also available.

6.Q:How can i get samples at first time?
