About Quality

1. 20 sets inspection instrument were introduced from Japan.

2. We source our key materials/components from U.S.A and Japan

3. Each thermal protector rating has a bimetal disc designed and manufactured for that specific temperature rating. Each individual device is then calibrated and checked for opening temperature. This results in precise operating characteristics necessary to achieve consistent, reliable performance over the required life cycle.

4. We pay close attention to the supplier’s responsibility and integrate modern statistical techniques into the production and quality assurance processes. More than ten different checks are made during the manufacturing process.
