HCET S01/S06 Precision Thermal Switch 8A Round Thermal Protectors for Heating Pads and Motor Windings

The S01/S06 series is a precision-engineered bimetallic temperature control switch designed for applications requiring minimal self-heating interference. With a thermal drift of less than 0.5°C under full 8A load, it maintains consistent switching accuracy (±5℃) across its broad operational range (50°C to 200°C). The switch’s pressure-stable bimetal disc ensures <3ms snap-action response, effectively suppressing arc formation even at 6A/125VAC inductive loads. Its compact, cylindrical design enables direct embedding into motor windings, transformer coils, or heating element cavities.

  • True Temperature Accuracy
    Patented bimetal compensation technology, self-heating ≤ 0.3°C (6A full load), to ensure that the switching temperature is not affected by load fluctuations.
  • Anti-Arcing Reinforcement
    Silver tin oxide (AgSnO₂) contacts + nitrogen sealed chamber design reduces arc energy by 62% (compared to traditional silver nickel contacts).
  • Direct Winding Integration
    Compact diameter construction supports axial/radial lead configurations for direct insertion into motor windings.
  • Wide-Range Customization
    Provides standard temperature points from 50°C to 200°C (in 5°C steps) and supports ±3°C high-precision customization (MOQ 1000pcs).
