200L Thermosyphon Non Pressurized Vacuum Tube Solar Water Heater High Efficiency Heating Water

Features:

1. It uses the heat pipe to deliver the heat energy,it can work rapidly;

2. Highly efficient absorber of high performance with daily average efficiency over 50%;

3. Start up quickly, the water is heated rapidly by heat pipe which will transfer the heat energy into the tank;

4. Withstand pressure of 6 bar, more comfortable to use;

5. Simple structure, easy to assembly and install;

6. Can be used all year even in the cold climate area;

7. Long service life, can be used over 15 years.

Working Principle:

This type using all-glasses evacuated tubes as the solar collector for absorbing sun energy and transferring it into heat energy.

As the different densities of hot water and cold water, the hot water flows automatically upwards while the cold water flows down.

The water flowing cycle is created in the tube.

And the water in the storage tank is heated from this natural circulation. The hot water pressure of this non-pressure system is from the gravity.

So it should be installed on the roof or at least 3-4 meters higher than hot water tap.

Or you can install a booster pump to get stronger outlet hot water.
