Split pressurized solar water heater

The split pressurized solar water heater composes of solar collector, storage tank, controller, working station (controller +circulation pump + expansion pump + sensor, etc).

Working Principle

Solar collector
1. As heat pipe collector, the condenser part of the heat pipe is inserted to the copper channel hole which distributed averagely.
2. After solar energy is absorbed by vacuum tubes, it is transferred to heat pipe through aluminum fin.
3. Heated by the energy, the medium in heat pipe is vaporizing and transferring the heat energy to the condenser zone.
4. When water or other medium in the water pipe flows across the copper channel, they would bring the heat energy and be heated.
5. The heated water or other medium makes water in the tank hotter and hotter by flow through the coils in the storage tank.

Whole system

1. Collector absorbs solar energy and transmits it to the water tank through circulation.
2. When discrepant temperature of the collector and water tank reaches the set value, controller starts the circulation pump automatically.
3. The circulation pump makes water or medium liquid circulate, heat energy conducting by the circulation automatically.
4. The heat conducting liquid transfers heat energy to the water in the tank by heat exchanger in the water tank or water directly.
5. When the temperature difference between solar collector and tank doesn't reach the set value, the circulation pump will be shut automatically.
6. In case the temperature of the water tank does not reach Tmax, Electric Heating Element will start to work automatically.
