We produce wide range of metal sheath tubular heating elements to heat up liquids,
gases and solids in numerous applications.

Our custom made tubular elements can be manufactured based on your engineering drawings and specifications,
or samples to meet with your specific requirements.
We currently manufacture 4.5, 5.2, 6.5, 7.2, 8.0, 8.5, 9.5, 12 mm diameter elements .

Description
Portable Electrical Heating Element For Solar Water Heater are screwed directly through a threaded opening in a tank wall or through a matching pipe coupling or half coupling.
Sizes of screw plug heaters are available with 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2”, 2”, 2-1/2" pipe threads.
A wide selection of screw plug sizes, kilowatt ratings, voltages, sheath materials, terminal enclosures and thermostats makes these compact heaters ideal for all types of applications.
