Kheat PI-Polyimide (kapton) heater is a heating material developed andproduced independently by Ziitek company. The products is verysoft, using modified PI film to a better thermal conductive performance. It can be customized according to design requirements, so that it can meet the requirements of different heating power and temperature requirements in different area of parts, reach the distrubution of different temperature.

>Thickness of resistor: 0.03-0.1mmT, Thickness of PI film :0.05-0.1mmT
>Ultra soft, the smallest bending radius is 0.8mmT
>The product using modified Pl film to a bettcr thermal conductive performance, it is made of two Pl films and resistor laminated by high temperature.
>Can be customized according to shape,size, power, way of installation, the products is coated on the heated products
>The resistor is etched with the designed resistor, has better heating uniformity
>Can be casily integrated with thin insulation materials, provide light weight clectric heating elements with insulation layer.
