First, our customers have found that many fuse clips have poor elasticity when installing the fuse clips. Generally, after replacing the fuse several times, the elasticity of the fuse clip gradually deteriorates. In the end, there is no flexibility at all. For such customers, we generally recommend that customers choose phosphor copper clips, but it is still defective. Phosphor copper has good toughness, but it is not conductive, and it is not as good as brass. So encountering such problems is also quite tricky.
The second is the oxidation problem. So metals will oxidize, it is a matter of time. Our fuse clips generally solve this problem through electroplating. Generally, the clips are electroplated nickel or electroplated silver. Of course, the cost of electroplating silver will be relatively high, depending on customer needs. If the requirements are relatively high, you can choose to add copper bottom plating. This is more secure. Of course, this type of cost will be higher, and customers will also consider this issue when choosing.
