10A Schottky diode is an optimized product with low reverse leakage at high temperature.
Due to the patented barrier technology, this product is able to work normally under a high
junction temperature which can reach up to 110℃, and it finds a wide range of applications,
such as converter, switching power supply, free wheeling diode, reverse battery protection, etc.
