Description

Sewing thread winding machine is cone type and applicable for winding sewing thread with different materials such as pure cotton, Dacron and Kapron. It features as the fine effect, easy operation, safety and reliability.

Suitable size of cone: from 3.4inch (85mm) to 6inch (150mm), according to customer’s needs.

2. Material: Q235 profile, aluminum profile, surface spray.

5. This product uses servo motor, inverter, encoder, cable reciprocating rod (optional: Siemens, Schneider or Weitong and other Chinese brands) servo motor control PLC, touch screen, can store various precision wire-wound filter methods.

6. Diameter control, buzzer alarm.

7. The main shaft is made of 40CR alloy steel.

8. Winding motor power: 180W-550W/220/380V

9. Decide the pattern to be wound up according to customer requirements.

10. The panel hole and the housing hole are extruded by the machining center, with high precision, high density and durability.

11. Reciprocating rod is processed by HS600A import processing center.
