High strength grade 8.8 nikel chrome plated 12 point flange bolt

12 POINT FLANGE BOLTS are made to the dimensional requirements of the Industrial Fastener Institutes (IFI) standard IFI-115 (2002).

Twelve Point Flange Screws are an alternative head design for hex socket cap screws. The flange diameter and head height are designed to fit applications and the same counter bored holes designed for standard hex socket cap screws. Twelve point flange screws are manufactured with the same standard thread lengths as socket head cap screws and our product line has the same Class 3A threading. The 12 point design permits greater torque to be applied to the fastener and eliminates the rounding of the hex socket that can sometime occur with standard hex socket recess with repeated use.
