Hydraulic Pump Station
The purpose of this pump station is to drive the cutter to start cutting works.
The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.
Equipped with a cooling fan which can internal circulation cooling, to ensure the oil pump station will not be affected by high oil temperature during working.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
In terms of operational convenience, it is presented in an intuitive graphical interface. Operators do not need complex training and can easily complete various operations by touching the screen. For example, to set the production specifications of the floor decking, including length, waveform parameters, etc., just click on the screen to enter the corresponding value, and the parameter adjustment can be completed quickly.
Output Table
This part is used to collect the formed products.
The bracket is equipped with rollers to facilitate the product forwarding without being scratched.
Feeding Table
In the conveying process, the feeding table accurately controls the conveying speed and position of the plate, and works closely with the subsequent leveling device, forming equipment, etc. It feeds the plate into the leveling process at a stable speed, ensuring that the plate is in a good conveying state before being leveled, laying the foundation for high-quality leveling operations.
Shaft & Roller
The shaft is connected to a power source such as a motor, which efficiently transmits power to the roller, allowing the roller to rotate at a predetermined speed and direction, providing continuous power for the processing of the plate.
Cutter
The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
In a high-speed forming machine, the cutter can quickly complete the cutting action, matching the forming speed of the sheet, ensuring the continuity of the entire production process and avoiding production stagnation caused by cutting delays.
