Shaft & Roller

Material is 45# Steel Quenching and Plating.The processed rollers are smooth, hard and will not rust.

Will not leave any scratches on the sheet when working.

Hydraulic Pump Station

The purpose of this pump station is to drive the cutter to start cutting works.

The hydraulic tank use 46# hydraulic oil.

Equipped with a cooling fan which can internal circulation cooling, to ensure the oil pump station will not be affected by high oil temperature during working.

Control Cabinet

The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.

The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.

The system is simple and easy to operate.

Cutter

The material of blade is CR12.

With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.

This part is used to collect the formed products.

The bracket is equipped with rollers to facilitate the product forwarding without being scratched.

Payment Terms

30% deposit by T/T before manufacture,

The balance to be paid before delivery.

Packing & Transportation

Main machine is nude, control system and motor will be packed with plastic film.

Machine needs 1X20GP container to transport.

Delivery Time

Within 45 days after receiving deposit.

One year, and provide technical support services for whole life time.
