Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The surface of the feed table is usually made of smooth, wear-resistant materials or coatings that will not scratch the plate, to avoid scratches, abrasion and other damage to the plate surface during the plate conveying and loading process, to protect the surface quality and coating integrity of the plate, especially for some plates with special surface treatment or high appearance requirements. This is particularly important.
Shaft & Roller
During the tile pressing process, the contact between the wheel and the plate can play a certain buffering role, reducing the impact force of the tile press on the plate at the moment of pressing, avoiding damage to the plate due to excessive force, and at the same time reducing the vibration and noise of the equipment and protecting other parts of the equipment.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The pressure, speed and other parameters of the cutter can be adjusted according to the different materials and thicknesses of the plates to achieve effective cutting of various materials (such as color steel plates, aluminum plates, etc.) and plates of different thicknesses, making the tile press more adaptable and versatile.
