Hydraulic Pump Station
The hydraulic pump station converts mechanical energy into stable and powerful hydraulic energy through precise oil pump components, providing power support for multiple key components of the tile press. It drives the roller to operate smoothly and applies continuous and controllable pressure to the roller during the forming stage of tiles such as colored steel tiles or glazed tiles.
Touch Screen Control Cabinet
The control cabinet has two modes, automatic and manual modes.
The unit length of the targeted sheet and quantity can be set in the touchscreen.
The system is simple and easy to operate.
Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The feed table is usually equipped with conveying devices, such as conveyor rollers, conveyor belts, etc., which can slowly and steadily convey the plates from one end of the feed table to the entrance of the tile press.
Shaft & Roller
Rollers are the core components for shaping metal sheets into glazed tiles. In the initial stage of production, similar to the leveling process of the floor deck forming machine, rollers will perform preliminary processing on the unfolded metal sheets. By applying reasonable pressure and repeatedly rolling the sheets, the unevenness of the sheets during transportation or storage is eliminated, so that they reach a flatness suitable for subsequent fine processing.

The material of blade is CR12.
With high strength, better hardenability and good wear resistance.
