Hydraulic Pump Station

Touch Screen Control Cabinet

Feeding Table & Pre-Cutter
The feed table provides a support platform for the plate to be processed, so that the plate can be placed stably. At the same time, the feed table is usually equipped with a conveying device, such as a roller or a conveyor belt, which can accurately feed the plate into the forming mechanism of the tile press at a set speed under the drive of the motor, ensuring that the plate maintains a linear motion during the feeding process, providing a stable input for the subsequent forming process.
Shaft & Roller
The shaft is an important supporting component of the tile press. It bears the weight of each roller and other related components to ensure that these components maintain a stable position relationship during the working process. At the same time, the shaft is also a key component of power transmission. By connecting with power devices such as motors and reducers, the power is transmitted to each roller, so that the roller can rotate at the set speed and direction, thereby realizing the processing of the plate.
Pressing Section & Cutter
The cutter adopts a special design and material, which can make the cut flat and smooth without obvious burrs, flash or deformation during the cutting process.
