BS EN12150 Silkscreening Glass Door Frosted Type 8 Tempered Glass 5/16"

Currently there are three way to make frosted glass. One is acid etched, the second is sandblasted, the thrid is silkscren printing. The way we use is silkscreen printing.

The screen frosted type 5 is made by silkscreen processin to form an obscure and smooth surface.

This glass admits light while providing softening and vision control. Now our innovated technology could make really nice feeling like acid etched glass.

About tempered glass

Tempered Glass is made of high quality grey float glass. It’s a kind of high-strength glass, made of normal glass that is heated to intenerate, and then condensed quickly by cold wind to astimes strength as before.

Q: Are you manufactory?

Q: What’s the package of samples?

A: By wooden box with “fragile” label. Foam around the box to protect glass.

Q: How long can we get the samples?

A: Samples will be ready in 7 days.

Q: Are the samples free?

A: Generally, samples are free except some special or big one. Contact our people to learn it.

Q: What’s freight cost of the samples to my company by express or by air?

A: Well, it depends on the weight, volume, area and tax of each country. Once samples confirmed, the cost will be offered in the first time.

Q: What’s express you will use?

A: We have business with 4 Express: DHL, UPS, FedEx and TNT.

Q: How to get your quotation of products?

A: Before getting our quotation, please offer what products you need, such as qty,size,thickness,what kind of glass(clear glass, frosted glass, tinted glass and so on) and what glass will be used for.

Sometimes, if you don't have such detail information, we would recommend hot sale for your reference.

Q: What we can do if the defect goods received?

A: Tell us asap. Give us the damage detail including qty and photos. We will replace once report confirmed.
