Machine introduction of Tire Retreading Equipment:

Electric retread tires equipment is a pressure vessel with speed open door, the autoclave openings sealed with inflatable silicone ring or internal pressure self-tight rubber pad. Mechanical or manual gearing is used to lock and open the lid, reasonable structure, convenient operation, good sealing performance, the temperature in the tank is uniform, furthermore, complete safety accessories (equipped with safety interlock device).

Standard function description:

1, Buffing radial range: 450~800 mm.

2, Buffing machine have dust collecting system, it can automatically collect rubber powder into bag, smoke through the pipeline to outdoor.

3, Auto air inflation, before the grinding, inflate certain pressure into the tire; remain the tire outline in normal shape.

4, With double pressure protection device can better ensure the safety of the pressure.

5, With portal frame, exact centering, buffing different size of tires, easy to change exclusive chuck.

6, Automatic tire lifting, reduce the labor force.

7, With hydraulic automatic control of grinding surface radian, swinging.
