Enthalpy-adding is Optional additional structure in tube-in-shell heat exchanger. All of our tube-in-shell heat exchanger products can be added this structure.
Enthalpy-adding Heat Exchanger integrates the economizer into the heat exchanger, which significantly improves the heat transfer efficiency of the heat exchanger at low temperature(Below-10℃). The integrated design allows customers to reduce the volume of equipment and production costs without additional configuration of the economizer.

Principle of economizer :
High-pressure liquid refrigerant from condenser is divided into two parts. One part of refrigerant absorbs heat through throttling expansion and becomes two-phase (gaseous and liquid) fluid with low temperature and pressure.Two-phase fluid exchanges heat with another part of liquid refrigerant through economizer, so that the other part of refrigerant can get lower temperature. Two-phase fluid becomes gas and enters the compressor to continue cycle. The other part of low temperature liquid directly enters the evaporator for refrigeration .
Principle of enthalpy-adding heat exchanger :
Enthalpy-adding structure is an economizer integrated in the heat exchanger, Enthalpy-adding heat exchanger is usually used as condenser. This structure can significantly improve the heat exchange efficiency at low temperature(Below-10℃).
