Titanium MMO Ribbon Wire, MMO Titanium Anode, also called as MMO anode. MMO is the abbreviation of Mixed Metal Oxide. The substrate is titanium, which is coated with precious metal oxide to gain good electrocatalytic activity and conductivity. It’s also known as DSA anode (Dimension Stable Anode), DSE (Dimension Stable electrode), PMTA (Precious Metal-coated Titanium Anode), OCTA (Oxide Coated Titanium Anode), ATA (Activated Titanium Anode, or NMCA (Noble Metal Coated Anode).
Titanium MMO Ribbon Wire commonly works with Titanium Conductor Strip as cathode protection. MMO Titanium Anode, also called as MMO anode, Noble metal oxide anode is composed of a layer of metal oxides (such as ruthenium, iridium, platinum, etc.) with electrocatalytic activity on titanium substrate. Oxide coating has small polarization and low consumption rate. By adjusting the composition of oxide layer, it can be adapted to different environments, such as seawater, fresh water and soil. Because precious metal oxide anode has the advantages that other anodes do not have, it has become one of the most ideal and promising auxiliary anode materials.

The MMO titanium anode ribbon is a kind of insoluble anode (DSA anode). A layer of precious metal oxide with high electrocatalytic activity was coated on the surface of the strip by traditional thermal decomposition method.
