Wear problems:

Validity issue:

The new grinding wheel brought out from the warehouse is not necessarily a qualified grinding wheel, and even the new grinding wheel bought from the manufacturer is not necessarily a qualified grinding wheel. Any grinding wheel has a certain expiration date. If used within the expiration date, it is a qualified grinding wheel; if it is used beyond the expiration date, it is not necessarily a qualified grinding wheel. The regulations stipulate that "the grinding wheel should be used within the validity period, and the resin and rubber bond grinding wheel must undergo a rotation test after being stored for one year, and only those who pass it can use it."

Texture issues:

In the course of use, if you find that the grinding wheel is partially cracked, you should stop using it immediately and replace it with a new grinding wheel to prevent the grinding wheel from breaking and hurting people.

Handling and storage

1.The grinding wheel is a fragile item, and it must be handled with care to prevent cracking and damage.

2.The grinding wheel should be stored on the shelf or in the box to prevent moisture.

3. Resin bond grinding wheels should not be in contact with alkali substances. After storage for more than one year, they must go through the rotation strength test again, and only qualified ones can use it.
