The external surface of this machine is made of excellent stainless steel . Good appearance , applied to GMP standard .

Three-way pneumatic valve: our company has 25 years of experience in filling mechanism, and knows that non-professional valve manufacturers are difficult to make valves with good sealing performance. The three-way valve is cast as a whole to prevent leakage.

Applicable bottle type

This machine is linear piston type filling machine, with 304 stainless steel environmental protection closed frame, tempered glass door stainless steel edge protection (not frameless ordinary glass), the top left with suction port.

Patent design automatic cylinder cleaning function, can discharge the material completely clean, save the cleaning waste water.

The computer automatically controls the piston cylinder to remove the cylinder quickly.

Threshold protection: the host is equipped with a safety door threshold alarm device. During normal production, open the safety door (around the door), and the host automatically alarms and stops the machine;

An oil-water separator is installed in front of the intake main pipe. When the pressure is too high or too low, the host automatically alarms and stops the machine; (All the above alarms are touch screen display and sound and light alarms at the same time)
